Title: Sr. Project Planner Scheduler
Location: Berkeley, MO 63134
Duration: 6-12 months assignment with possible extension (100% Remote & Hybrid with travel for a week at a time to the other States like Ogden UT, Oklahoma City OK, Huntsville AL, Michoud LA, St Louis MO, Seattle WA, Philadelphia PA & Colorado Springs CO)
Pay Rate: $81/hr. W2
Required Security Clearance: Active Secret
Job Description:
- Client currently has two openings for Integrated Planning and scheduling analysts (100% Remote & Hybrid with travel) to provide program scheduling support directly to program teams including IP&S, Finance, and CAMs to address EVM process and data issues associated with active DCMA CARs/CAPs leading to closure. One of these positions will require domestic travel to BDS program locations when necessary to coordinate activity.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change-driven activities.
- Perform analysis and planning activities to support product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
- Facilitate, and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers, and partners.
- Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to technical teams and lower-level employees.
- Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation of EVM compliant program plans and schedules.
- Offer testing process observations and insights to Program and PM Home Office staff.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience utilizing the Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) Integrated Scheduling tool, and Microsoft EXCEL.
- Knowledge of DoD EVM DFAR reporting requirements
- Experience as a Lead Program Schedule Integrator on a large development program with DFAR/IPMR/IPMDAR requirements
- Knowledge of Integrated Scheduling CPM practice
- Knowledge of Program, or Project Management practices
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
