Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$132,400.00 to$220,700.00. This position is eligible for participation in our short-term incentive program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills. The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Position DetailsYou will focus on delivering people solutions with emphasis on Strategic HR Planning and Change Management. It sets the standards of excellence for HR policies and practices for a given department or functional area and maintains the integrity of these practices while continuing to build capabilities. It serves as a business in setting the People Strategies for the respective business unit/ functional area it supports. You will consult with business partners to build people strategies to guide our culture while meeting the needs of our talent at a strategic advantage. You will report to the VP, Human Resources. This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in Lake Forest, IL and Chicago, IL offices of Grainger. You Will
