Director, Compensation:

Lead the administration and governance of Global Chemical Distribution's broad-based compensation programs and processes including job evaluations, base pay evaluation (annual salary review as well as off cycle evaluations). Lead corporate incentive plan design, system configuration and administration. You will be managing the team of comp professionals and will be leading some global projects like Job Architecture, pay transparency.

What You'll Do:

  • Develops recommendations for broad-based compensation administration policies, practices and governance including developing job evaluation methodology/approach in connection with the global Job architecture framework. Facilitate consensus between key global partners.
  • Develop strategy for and oversee ongoing maintenance of salary structures and pay administration guidelines including oversight of market pricing database and survey administration.
  • Ensure successful governance and delivery of base pay elements (annual merit review and off cycle salary evaluations) and coordinate global salary review process working closely with HRIS partners.
  • Participate in incentive plan design, oversee administration including system configuration, accruals, communications, and training.
  • Administer executive compensation including LTI, Executive job evaluations, offer letters and help with board material as needed.
  • Participate with global team to streamline and harmonize compensation processes globally
  • Develop education and governance strategy for HR and managers around compensation philosophy and administration.
  • Leadcompensation data audits including pay equity. Performs other related duties as required or requested.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other applicablefield
  • 8+ years' experience in Compensation administration with increasing responsibility
  • Experience as a power-user or super-user of at least one HCM software
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex global projects with company-wide impact
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus

Pay & Benefits:

  • Pay Rate: $158,520 - $253,590; actual pay may be subject to geography and experience
