Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: CCO Technology is seeking a Managing Technologist on the Solution Delivery team. As a Manager, you will be the primary interface between the technology team and Backoffice stakeholders for all technology-related matters. You will partner with business stakeholders to establish strategic priorities and plans for enhancing our business functions. You will utilize agile delivery methods to drive the regular release of new service-enhancing features and solutions powered by SaaS Enterprise applications. What you'll do Delivery & Execution Elicit and document business requirements; create detailed product specifications. Manage the service area backlog, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation. Oversee the testing, documentation, and approval of changes in line with SOX/ITGC controls. Ensure timely production releases, stakeholder verification, and end-user acceptance testing. Monitor critical transactions, integrations, and operational workflows to ensure system reliability. Support & Optimization Lead the team in resolving production incidents and fulfilling service requests promptly. Analyze support data and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement. Drive enhancements to Backoffice processes through technology. Compliance & Governance Support compliance activities, including application walkthroughs, evidencing controls, and role maintenance. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to meet regulatory requirements.
