In this role, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex shipments involving oversized and overweight cargo by both ocean and inland transportation. You will work directly with vendors, carriers, and customers to ensure each shipment is managed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with our high service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate quotations within 24 hours for OHW and inland transportation services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to coordinate the pickup and delivery of freight. Enter and update shipment details in Salesforce and prepare for internal review. Evaluate and select appropriate trucking, warehousing, and crane/lift vendors per shipment. Process and maintain inland logistics documents and perform data entry tasks. Track and trace active shipments and address service concerns proactively. Review and submit vendor invoices and customer billing documentation. Manage inbound communications, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate issues as needed. Provide administrative support and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or college coursework in a related field preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service Familiarity with shipping operations and over-dimensional cargo preferred Experience using Salesforce is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong data entry and documentation skills Ability to perform basic math calculations and interpret pricing Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational and time-management abilities Analytical thinking and attention to detail Customer-oriented with the ability to build effective professional relationships Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure What You'll Bring You are a reliable and driven logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
