We are seeking a highly motivated finance leader to join our team and support our partner incentive portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial data related to partner incentives, assisting in management of partner programs, and providing insights to optimize partner performance. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Partner Channel & Alliances finance team to lead finance for Snowflake's ecosystem partner incentives and investment programs. This role will partner with Partner Programs, Sales & Partner Operations and Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to provide financial leadership and FP&A for the design, governance, operations and financial management across Snowflake's Partner Programs & Investments. This is a strategic finance leadership role that will drive impact through providing financial oversight and thought leadership for Snowflake's partner investments.

AS THE PARTNER PROGRAMS & INVESTMENTS SR. FINANCE MANAGER, YOU WILL:
  • You will provide thought leadership and finance support as a strategic finance partner to

    the Partner Programs, Strategy and Sales Operations teams

  • Responsible for providing financial oversight & insights across Snowflake's Partner

    Programs & Investments portfolio including ROI analytics, forecasting and planning

  • Partner with the business on program design and modeling the financial impact

    associated with proposed program design changes

  • Lead financial planning, monthly and quarterly financial close activities, forecasting,

    analytics and reporting across Snowflake's partner programs & investments

  • Be a compliance champion and ambassador to ensure compliance with company

    policies and provide though leadership on appropriate governance and controls for

    partner incentives and investment programs and payments to partners

  • Partnering with Snowflake Sales & Alliances, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Corporate

    Accounting, Legal, IT and Sales & Alliances Finance to support operationalizing existing

    and new partner incentives & investments

  • Oversee incentive accruals and payments to ensure accuracy, paid in a timely manner,

    and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to incentive payments, working

    closely with internal and external teams as needed.

  • Review and approve the POs for partner payments in accordance with established

    policies, budgets, and procedure

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE :
  • 8+ years of related experience in Sales Finance, Finance, Channel/Partner Finance &

    Strategy or GTM Investment experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

    Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities

    and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to

    various levels of the organization

  • Experience defining, creating business alignment, automating, and reporting out on

    financial and business key performance indicators (or OKRs)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

  • Self-starter with proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions

  • Prior experience supporting Channel/Alliances/Partner organizations and/or GTM

    investments is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS office Suite and G-Suite

  • Experience with BI and Data Visualization tools is a plus

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $220,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
