JOB SUMMARY The VP, Creative Operations is responsible for overseeing the operational strategy, processes, and execution within a creative organization. This role will act as a bridge between creative teams, project management, and business objectives, ensuring cross-functional and resource optimization, seamless workflows, and the delivery of high-quality creative timely work and within budget. This role fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning across the Marketing and Marketing & Creative Strategy teams to ensure the highest quality and efficiency for creative deliverables. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Required Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, Strategic Communications or related fields Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Advertising, Marketing and/or Agency experience- 12+ Progressive leadership experience - 8+ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and mobile products and services is a plus. Creative Operations or related Preferred Education Master's Degree in Marketing, Design Management, Strategic Communications or related field.
