Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant - Senior Manager who will have extensive experience in SAP GTS and a strong background in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to design and implement effective solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Role Summary:

* Lead the design and implementation of SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.

* Oversee the integration of SAP GTS with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

* Provide expert guidance on SAP GTS best practices and industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP GTS configurations and customizations.

* Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GTS functionality and performance.

* Train and mentor team members on SAP GTS processes and tools.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

* Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.

* Support the development of project plans timelines and budgets.

* Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders regularly.

Required Qualifications:

* Must have extensive experience with SAP GTS and its integration with other SAP modules.

* Should have a strong background in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

* Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
