Position Title: Material Handler
Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 4:30am - 2:30pm Join our team in Brillion, WI as a Material Handler responsible for safely loading and unloading parts from one area to another. You'll work in a fast-paced, team environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Apply now! Material Handler Responsibilities: - Load and unload parts onto paint line from bins - Assist with moving parts from one area to another - Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools - Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality - Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals - Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets - Operate necessary equipment required to perform your role - Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors - Maintain clean and safe work environment Requirements for Material Handler: - Able to stand for 10 hours and perform repetitive tasks - Able to bend and twist throughout shift - Able to lift up to 35lbs - Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process - Able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves and safety goggles - A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
