Position Title: Bread Production Mixer
Wage: $20.76/Hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Sunday - Thursday) Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Bread Production Mixer at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 3rd shift. Apply now! Bread Production Mixer Responsibilities: - Check bread schedules to determine necessary formula - Set amount of water, oil, sucrose and bulk flour, weighing out ingredients - Load mixer with ingredients listed on formula - Bring over trough, hook it into the mixer and spray with grease - Check to make sure dough is developed correctly before you drop it into the trough - Take temperature of dough, dropping into trough and pushing over to the divider - Document activity on the mixer check off sheet Requirements for Bread Production Mixer: - Ability to push bread/bun trays - Ability to lift 15lbs repetitively - Ability to occasionally lift or push 50lbs - Ability to operate hoist to help - Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
