Position Title: CNC Operator

CNC Operator Responsibilities: - Perform daily maintenance and support machine maintenance/repair equipment engineer to make sure the machine in good status - Perform variety of inspection and gaging operations to ensure maintenance of quality standards and specifications - Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding and milling - Machine parts to specifications on CNC machine - Understand materials and colors - Read and understand bar code labels - Read and use metrics tape measure - Inspect parts for quality defects Requirements for CNC Operator: - Experience working with broad range of precision inspection equipment - Experience reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, routings and process sheets - Experience working in a team environment using team improvements tools preferred - Knowledge of CNC programing and machine controls - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production needs and quota on a regular basis - Basic understanding of CNC machines QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
