The Role We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Management who will make a meaningful impact by advancing our global talent framework, including talent development and performance management while driving the alignment and evolution of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, engage, and retain high performing talent and strengthen QuidelOrtho's reputation as an employer of choice. This person will lead and transform global talent management processes by designing and implementing key pillars such as individual growth planning, goal setting, talent reviews and succession planning. The Senior Manager of Talent Management will ensure QuidelOrtho fosters a culture of continuous development and improvement, aligned with our Core Behaviors and EVP. He/she will collaborate closely with our CHRO, HR Business Partners, cross-functional teams and regional talent leads to establish and scale global best-practices and processes aligned with our long-term strategic objectives. Responsibilities will encompass the entire employee lifecycle continuum, including culture, employer brand positioning, performance management, strategic workforce planning, and the development of top talent. Additionally, he/she will monitor progress against key metrics and provide hands-on support for critical initiatives. Location: Preferred candidates to be based at our HQ in Summers Ridge, San Diego, CA. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered. The Responsibilities
Education and Experience
This role is performed in an office setting, onsite or from a home office. PHYSICAL DEMANDSNo strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials. 20% travel required, including domestic and global. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel. Salary TransparencyThe salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 and is bonus eligible.
