Join Our Team as a Pre-Installation Technician at LaForce! Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team at LaForce, a leading distributor of doors, frames, and hardware? We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Pre-Installation Technician in our Green Bay, WI location! This role is all about bringing craftsmanship and precision to the pre-installation process, where hardware like hinges, door closers, exit devices, locks, and electrified hardware are expertly installed on doors before they head to the jobsite. As a Pre-Installation Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our doors are ready for delivery by installing hardware, palletizing, and preparing them for shipment. You'll enjoy a schedule that runs from 4:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays. What You'll Do
What You'll Bring Physical Demands: This role keeps you moving! You'll frequently be on your feet, walking and kneeling, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifts up to 96 pounds, and pushing or pulling with a force of up to 100 pounds.
