Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) expert to join our global enterprise team. This role will be pivotal in development, design, delivery, and managing learning initiatives and programs in a variety of instructional methods that drive individual and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, facilitation, program development, and metrics-driven learning strategies, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

Candidates will:

  • Consult and partner with internal clients to assess learning needs and design impactful learning solutions tailored to their objectives.
  • Become certified to facilitate both internally developed and external courses, delivering sessions in person and virtually to diverse, global audiences.
  • Collaborate with others to create engaging learning solutions.
  • Create train-the-trainer content and materials to develop a faculty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning solutions and services.
  • Design learning for different delivery modalities - classroom, virtual, self-paced, video.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and business impact.
  • Incorporate AI into L&D solutions.
  • Work closely with the Business HR, Country HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D team to align initiatives with business goals and ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Independently coordinate activities, colleagues, and peers across different groups who are involved in program implementation to achieve end-to-end program completion.
  • Develop on-going relationships as a means to better understand business needs and approach with necessary partnerships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.

Skills and Background Needed:

  • Expertise in adult learning principles and virtual learning technologies.
  • Proven experience in program development and program management, facilitation, and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong organizational, project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a global corporate environment and adapting to diverse audiences.
  • Strong accountability mindset with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives on time.
  • Strong written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on program design, facilitation, management, and metrics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in facilitation techniques or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience in creating and analyzing learning metrics to drive strategic decisions.

California Pay range: MIN $114,620.00- MAX $209,600.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $106,130.00- MAX $176,880.00

New York pay range: MIN $ 125,760.00- MAX $209,600.00

Washington state pay range: MIN $106,130.00- MAX $176,880.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region

This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program.
