Purpose of the Job The Retail Concepts Lead will partner with our client's Retail Concepts Sr Managers to bring branded in-store retail shop-in-shop concepts and branded fixture programs to life. This role will also lead and drive all pre-line environment and showroom programs. There Will Be a Strong Focus In Supporting

Key Responsibilities The HH Global Retail Concepts Lead will partner with Sr. Managers to support:
- Oversee channel specific Project Management and production of fixtures/branded spaces.
- Partner closely with account and internal teams to plan, coordinate, develop, and rollout fixtures and shop-in-shop programs
- Create and manage workback schedules and project dates and gates
- Logistics through the final implementation and installation.
- Providing informed project-based recommendations.
- Strong understanding of key retail channels and accounts to support RC strategies.
- Manage and communicate project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion with cross- functional partners.
- Proactively and promptly communicate any changes and be able to identify project risks during any phase of the project such as planning, development, production, pack out, shipping and installation
- Be the fixture program expert - Monitor the program execution and be available for questions and onsite trouble shooting
- Own communication and hold kick off/briefing meetings with internal and third-party partners
- Attend and/or lead project status meetings to ensure team members and/or clients are aligned on project status
- Manage the record keeping of projects and provide findings upon completion
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- 7+ years' experience managing retail environment planning, fixture production and installation, and vendor management.
- Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
- Strong vendor management experience
- Capable of partnering and influencing across internal and external project teams to drive to results.
- Understanding of retail environments, fixture engineering, production and installation practices.
- Project and budget management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to travel domestically estimated at 5%.
- Hybrid work schedule based in Portland, OR.

- Proven project management skills, preferably in retail, brand, or agency setting
- Knowledge of retail store operations and customer relationship management
- High level of sensitivity to audience and be able to engage in communication with multiple partners such as internal cross-functional partners, external suppliers, clients, accounts, etc.
