Summary

DSV is seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of forklifts in a fast-paced environment. As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods in our warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Operate various types of forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve goods in a warehouse setting

* Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts

* Check inventory, inspect goods, and report any damages or discrepancies

* Maintain a clean and organized work area

* Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

* Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Educational background / Work experience

* Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting

* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures

Skills & Competencies

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

* Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics

* Fluent in English (oral and written

* Basic computer skills required

For this position, the expected base pay is: $14.00- $18.75 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
