Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Reporting Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support HR-related decision-making, as well as analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, data analysis, and reporting, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a range of HR reports, including but not limited to:
- Headcount and demographic reports
- Recruitment and hiring metrics
- Attrition and retention analysis
- Reporting for external indices and surveys
- Data Analysis, Interpretation: Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Data Visualization: Create dashboards and graphs to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Stakeholder support: Provide reporting and analytics support to HR stakeholders, including:
- Business HR Managers
- Business Leadership teams
- Talent Acquisition teams
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- IT, Finance, Legal, and Workplace Solutions, to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting and analytics.

Qualifications
- Specialized training/certification or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in HRIS
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus
The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. Colorado pay range: MIN $56,780.00- MAX $94,630.00 Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region US Employees may be eligible for the following benefits:
