We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Reporting Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports to support HR-related decision-making, as well as analyzing and interpreting HR data to identify trends and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, data analysis, and reporting, with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

• Create and maintain a range of HR reports, including but not limited to:
  • Headcount and demographic reports
  • Recruitment and hiring metrics
  • Attrition and retention analysis
• Data Analysis, Interpretation, and Visualization: Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other teams within HR, IT, Finance, and Workplace Solutions, to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting and analytics.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in HRIS
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $56,780.00- MAX $94,630.00
