Georgia Pacific is hiring an E&I Maintenance Performance Coach for our Rincon, GA location!

Our Team

Our E&I Maintenance Performance Coaches are responsible for the effective execution of the E&I portions of the Asset Maintenance Work process including scheduling, leading and executing work. Additionally, they work collaboratively with the manufacturing engineer(s) and reliability coordinators to prioritize the maximum value-added work.

The current position is on dayshift which includes four 10 hour shifts and an 8 hour shift Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends may be required. In this role, pay will be commensurate with experience.

What You Will Do
* Be an effective leader in advancing our culture to encourage an entrepreneurial spirit of our maintenance team members in ways that align with the Mill and Maintenance visions
* Actively participate in the Asset Maintenance Work Process in the scheduling and execution of work
* Maintain a customer focused mindset, understanding and resolving the needs of your customers and using available resources to meet those needs
* Manage time in an efficient way which will include E&I work as part of the daily routine
* Engage in pre-planning meetings and post shutdown audits
* Ensure compliance of you and the team you lead with all EHS policies, procedures, and other requirements that include completing all related safety training, and active participation in safety related initiatives intended to drive personal responsibility for safety
* Ensure that critical hazards/risks have been identified for the team, appropriate risk management tools are used (HIRA, Safe Work Permits, Appropriate Outage Permits) and controls have been validated before executing any work
* Collaborate with the process control team
* Participate in RCAs if needed and knowledge shares with operations from learning events that will improve and optimize an Asset Strategy
* Work closely with your Electrical performance and capability leader to identify skill gaps for your team and assist in closing those gaps
* Assist in building the capabilities of maintenance team members

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* At least two (2) or more years of industrial electrical experience with a focus on electrical technologies and reliability maintenance
* At least two (2) or more years of experience in Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance
* Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
* Demonstrated experience with Programming Logic Controller (PLC)

What Will Put You Ahead
* Demonstrated experience with planning and scheduling in CMMS systems
* Demonstrated experience with Series 7000 Allen Bradley V.S.D.
* Experience working with BMS - Burner Management Systems
* Experience with SEL Protective Relays
* Experience with Medium Voltage Electrical Equipment
