Providing financial services support in cash handling, hiring, inventory, payroll, purchasing, and travel services, the Business Assistant contributes to the success of the Psychology Department. The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines, and the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a productive team. The position will be hired at either a Business Assistant II or III based upon qualifications, level of experience that fit the scope, and responsibilities assigned (please see Qualifications section). A Business Assistant III will have more responsibilities with an increased scope and complexity of duties.
