Maintenance Technician

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
• 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM, rotating schedule

• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant equipment
• Install, align, and calibrate motors, blowers, and new equipment
• Rebuild mechanical gearboxes, pumps, and apply basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
• Perform equipment calibration, analyze breakdowns, and find root causes
• Train production employees on basic maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and report activities in SAP
• Participate in team meetings and maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics (preferred)
• Experience with CMMS software (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of 5 Whys or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) (preferred)
• Experience with IR technology, lubrication (Level I), oil analysis, and laser alignment required
• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience (3+ years preferred in a large industrial setting)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of vocational or technical training with the appropriate certification
