Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a large global pharmaceutical company assisting with their need for a long term temporary Project Manager. This role is fully remote and will work business hours according to their time zone with flexibility to work an early morning meeting or evening meeting once a quarter to include their global teams. This is an operational role managing budgets, vendor relationships, schedules, timelines, deadlines, and reporting. 2+ years of experience in a project manager role managing these operational components is required, this is not a leadership role but will partner with stakeholders from across the company. The estimated length is 1 year at this time. Hunter Hamilton offers hourly/weekly pay, direct deposit and temporary health benefits!

Responsibilities:

- Budget tracking and management

- Reporting on KPIs, metrics, vendor performance, project percentage to completion, roadblocks, etc.

- Virtually meeting with members of the team and stakeholders across the company via video conference.

- Ability to work on a global basis.

- Managing deadline calendars for all assigned projects.

- Keeping upper management up to speed on progress reports, roadblocks, budget changes, etc.

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a medical or project management related field is required

2+ years in a project management role handling budgets, reports, tracking timelines, and all related duties is required.

4+ years in a professional environmental preferably in a medical related field such as pharmaceuticals, lab, medical facilities, etc.

Excellent time management skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a remote environment is required.

Advanced Excel skills, Google Sheets, Smart Sheets,, SharePoint is needed, Datavision experience is a plus

Ability to commit to a 1 year project position
