The role of the District Mentor Teacher (DMT) is to provide mentoring support to new educators throughout their first year as an MPS teacher. The DMT provides mentoring around classroom management, instructional practices, and district related systems. All District Mentor Teachers must complete mentor training and fully utilize the New Teacher Center mentoring curriculum, practices, and reporting system when providing support to new educators. District Mentor Teachers must additionally provide professional development, seminars, and training sessions to new educators, school-based mentors, and district staff Salary Range: $60,987.04 - $114,217.31 (200-day) How To Apply
