In your position as Client Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing a wholistic security program covering EDR and PAM (PEDM and Secrets Manager) client security tools. In addition, you will be building security related automations and service improvements, as well as maintaining and bringing forward our technical infrastructure to ensuring our users have the best possible experience while staying secured.

This is a position for U.S. Persons only due to ITAR-related job duty requirements.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand Client Security: Refine our global CrowdStrike installed base and introduce firmware security management.
  • Process improvements: Harden our security process across all major OS platforms and review existing best-practices and security settings.
  • Develop and code solutions: Deliver value to every user by improving the user experience as well as drive down our ticket resolution time. Conduct ticket deep dives, communicate appropriately to internal and external customers, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Refine our EDR: Support and drive the ongoing deployment of our EDR software (CrowdStrike) including implementation/management of anti-malware and firewall rules.
  • Refine our PAM: Support our current installation of Privilege Access Management (Delinea), vaulting secrets, testing, and deploying version upgrades, and supporting the migration of our Secret Server solution.
  • Refine our PEDM: Support our current installation of Privilege Elevation and Delegation Management (Delinea), creating filters, testing, and deploying version upgrades, and working to resolve complex installation issues; Work to identify the next steps forward to further improve our security posture and ease of development.
  • Security Collaboration: Work with our Information Security and Compliance team to maintain best-in-class security solutions across our supported OS platforms and support them for successful audit cycles.
  • Serviceability: Manage process for communicating outage/emergency activities to the organization. Manage vendor relationships as it depends on daily operational needs.
  • Scrum: Cultivate and own the strategic platform backlogs together with our Windows/macOS/Linux Product Owners to iteratively deliver on employee security and user experience improvements.

* Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent and proven Information Security skills
* Deep Operating System (Windows, macOS, Linux) and hardening knowledge (CIS benchmarks).
* Know-how on EDR tools such as CrowdStrike and Symantec Endpoint Protect is a plus.
* Know-how on PAM tools such as Delinea Secret Server or CyberArc is a plus.
* Know-how on PEDM tools such as Delinea PrivMan or BeyondTrust EPM is a plus.
* Experience in coding and/or scripting (such as Python and PowerShell scripting, experience with REST/Graph APIs, or the like) to build security automations and security improvements.
* Agile Scrum experience and knowledge on the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) for code repository management (Git)
* Strong problem solving and project management skills: Must be a self-starter, with an ability to work autonomously to take ownership in a results-focused performance culture.
* Multi-tasking: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
* Excellent English verbal, written, communication and articulation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as GSEC/SSCP/CompTIA Security+
