Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Clinical Assistant Professor- Occupational Therapy

Located in the College of Interprofessional Health and Human Services, the Occupational Therapy Department provides a strong sense of community supporting undergraduate and graduate students in the 5 year entry-level BS to MS degree program. The Academic Fieldwork Coordinator ( AFWC) provides the occupational therapy program with management and administration of the fieldwork program. As a full-time faculty member, the AFWC procures fieldwork sites, provides development to fieldwork educators, and monitors student fieldwork progress. The AFWC ensures theprogram's compliance with ACOTE fieldwork requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach across the undergraduate and graduate occupational therapy curriculum including generalist and advanced practice courses. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, advisement, curriculum development, participation in assessment, service to the Department, College, and University and maintaining an active scholarly agenda.
