Responsibilities

The New Business Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing new business sold, including new customer s and upsells within existing customers across the product portfolio. This role will serve as the liaison between sales and operations to ensure successful implementation of new business.

  • Leads and manages the implementation of new business, maintaining communications throughout the process in to meet customer expectations.
  • In collaboration with Sales and Operations, plans and coordinates implementation according to scope and approved schedule.
  • Coordinates the development of plans and schedules that meet customer requirements while also identifying possible challenges to implementation.
  • Provides day-to-day direction and support to cross-functional project teams assigned to the implementation.
  • Ensures a smooth transition from design to initiation of business product.
  • Interacts with stakeholders at all levels from senior leadership to end-users.
  • Creates documentation and reports that keeps stakeholders notified of progress.
  • Reviews and adapts to industry trends; encourages the use of analysis to drive decision-making and development to ensure the product is delivered effectively.
  • Ensures entire team understands expectations and how information is reported and used.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum five years of experience in implementation.
  • Experience in customer relations and product implementation required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Must be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess a strong sense of accountability and desire to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Must be familiar with the healthcare industry including applicable laws, regulations, policies and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personalities and styles.
  • Familiar in creating root causes analyses to help improve the implementation process.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintain an effective collaborative working relationship with peers and support staff.
