Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Shift: First Shift

As the Clinical Director at ARVAC Recovery and Wellness, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all counselors and counselors-in-training, ensuring the delivery of high-quality drug and alcohol treatment services. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and supervising both residential and outpatient programs at Lake Point Recovery and Wellness. Your leadership and clinical expertise will help create a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery, wellness, and long-term success for individuals.

Qualifications:



  • Independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas, including:
  • Licensed Psychologist
  • Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychological Examiner - Independent (LPE-I)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Advanced Practice Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist (APN or CNS) with a specialty in psychiatry or mental health
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience post-master's degree
