Description
The Member Insights Analyst II is responsible for translating qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources into actionable insights to drive member growth and enhance the holistic member experience (i.e. member lifecycle).

Job Duties
- Develop customer journey maps and identify gaps to support member experience
- Ideate, develop, and execute on membership and marketing strategies
- Conceptualize and manage the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide deeper member insights as well as quantify marketing initiatives across all priorities
- Conduct member research, qualitative insights and quantitative data supporting marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to drive prospective members to the top of the funnel, by determining the proper audiences to help expand into new markets
- Conduct a variety of research projects to influence marketing campaigns, determine audiences to boost adoption of products and services
- Articulate performance analyses, observations and insights to various audiences including peers, business leaders, and senior leadership

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR:
$84k - $90k annually + annual bonus
