The Member Insights Analyst II is responsible for translating qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources into actionable insights to drive member growth and enhance the holistic member experience (i.e. member lifecycle).
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Job Duties
  • Develop customer journey maps and identify gaps to support member experience
  • Ideate, develop, and execute on membership and marketing strategies
  • Conceptualize and manage the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide deeper member insights as well as quantify marketing initiatives across all priorities
  • Conduct member research, qualitative insights and quantitative data supporting marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to drive prospective members to the top of the funnel, by determining the proper audiences to help expand into new markets
  • Conduct a variety of research projects to influence marketing campaigns, determine audiences to boost adoption of products and services
  • Articulate performance analyses, observations and insights to various audiences including peers, business leaders, and senior leadership
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 3 years' experience and expertise in database concepts, analytics, research, and market research or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong experience and expertise in customer lifecycle, retention and acquisition strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis, data mining, reporting, integration tools, and visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Innovative and collaborative problem-solving skills within a complex business/technology organization
  • Ability to develop, manage and execute projects and initiatives supporting team objectives and goals while driving processes to support the efficient delivery of work products
  • Ability to work autonomously to manage time effectively and prioritize work appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels within organization
  • Strong technical project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to foster strong internal and external business relationships
  • Familiarity with financial services marketing strategies & regulations preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum Education: Bachelors degree (Marketing, Business Statistics or other related fields of study) or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 | (HYBRID)
Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $84k - $90k annually + annual bonus
