Symetra has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a Director of Engineering! About the role This Director of Engineering role is responsible for the strategy and staff that deliver devices, applications and services that support the digital employee experience (DEX). This role is accountable for all functions, including operations, governance, enablement and engineering. This leader is ultimately responsible for setting priorities, managing the engineering and operations teams, and shipping technology that creates value. What you'll do in this role
