Schedule: 3pm - 1am, Monday - Thursday

Pay rate: $19 - $25/hr. (plus 15% shift differential)

Sheet Metal Fabricator essential tasks:

The role involves interpreting blueprints and sketches to fabricate parts efficiently, accurately, and to meet DMC sheet metal fabrication standards. Responsibilities include determining fabrication methods, operating tools and machinery such as press brakes, punches, and shears, and maintaining a clean work area in line with 5S standards. The position also requires reporting equipment maintenance needs and adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong work history, the ability and desire to grow, take on new challenges, and learn job methods quickly. They must be able to read and understand blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and perform accurate work. A team player with a can-do attitude, good mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving abilities is essential.
