Title: Title: Placement Support Analyst $52,166.40 - $66,684.80 / Posted Thru: 1-17-2025 Location: Hybrid / Lansing, MI. Must live and work in Michigan Supervisor: Katherine Marceau Purpose: The purpose of this position is to serve as a placement support analyst for the Statewide Placement Division within the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services' Bureau of Children's Coordinated Health Policy and Supports. This position will process referrals that are routed through the division for appropriate action, as track referrals from receipt to closure. This position will also collect, input and monitor data elements to support the ongoing work of the division and make recommendations regarding process improvement. This position will analyze data and assist with creation of presentations/visuals to demonstrate the effectiveness of the division's work. Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree in public health, behavioral health sciences, analytics, computer/information systems, administration or related field. Experience: One year experience with data collection, entry, monitoring and/or analysis for purposes of continuous quality improvement. Experience with the MDHHS Data Warehouse preferred. Work Environment and Physical Requirements: This position may require moderate physical effort, including working with PCs 75% of the time or more. Standard office environment. May require valid vehicle operator's license and travel. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WORK OF OTHERS: No assigned responsibility.
