Required Qualifications: (as evidenced by an attached resume) Preferred Qualifications: Position Overview: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including but not limited to, online sourcing, social media recruiting, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates, build relationships, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition and opportunities. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate fit and interest in the position. Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Data Management: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and analytics to track sourcing metrics and effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and share insights to improve recruitment processes. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and identify new sourcing channels. Other duties or projects as assigned as appropriate to rank and departmental mission. Special Notes: Resume/CV and cover letter should be included with the online application.
