The Lead Service Specialist II is responsible for performing all tasks related to specific position in a timely manner and meeting or exceeding supervisor's communicated expectations. Responsible for the delivery and/or pick up of medical equipment, supplies or pharmaceuticals to patients homes or places of discharge. Will ensure completion of all applicable paperwork is accurate, legible and meets all regulatory requirements. Delivers exceptional customer service to all internal & external customers. Performs distribution service and warehouse duties according to the policies and procedures of Johns Hopkins Pharmaquip. Maintains a safe work environment, including the all aspect of maintaining the fleet vehicles. As team lead, performs administrative tasks/functions as assigned by management related but not limited to: vehicle inspections, routing, training and observing drivers, dispatching, and reviewing D.O.T. requirements for compliance. Takes a leadership role in the precepting program for new staff. Salary Range: Minimum 19.88 per hour - Maximum 32.81 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
