SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR- Part Time

Overview

Job Summary: Acts as Lead Switchboard Operator by maintaining coverage at desk at all times and assisting in training of other switchboard operators. Responsible for the operation of the lobby reception area including answering incoming calls, routing calls, providing information and acting as receptionist to the public by providing excellent customer services.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year of switchboard and/or customer service experience
