Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide first-line support and troubleshoot technical assistance requests.
  • Build and configure new computer systems, loading user profiles.
  • Deliver training for users, including training on Apple devices.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks.
  • Participate in a scheduled weekend maintenance rotation.




Required Qualifications:



  • Experience in software installation and workstation support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System, including setup and configuration.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
