Staffmark is hiring a Production Support Assistant in Antioch, TN! If you're detail-oriented, organized, and looking to join a supportive team, this role is for you. Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $20.00 per hour The Production Support Assistant will create machine work orders, post inspection and receiving reports in SAP, and ensure work orders are resolved before closing. They will process notification letters for sold machines, complete registrations, and follow up with customers. The role includes collaborating with the RGA department, ensuring invoices are created, recording field technician time, entering new customers into SAP, and uploading necessary documents. The assistant will act as a backup for the Program Manager and complete additional tasks as assigned. Education and Experience:
