Pay: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr + Overtime + Per Diem (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality on our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  

  Creating, updating, and maintaining the project submittal log and all project-specific quality control reports.

  
  
• 
  

  Reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance with project specifications, leveraging team expertise as needed.

  
  
• 
  

  Chairing and documenting weekly Quality Control meetings with the superintendent, providing detailed minutes as outlined in project-specific contract documents.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintaining the Resident Management System (RMS) to ensure all contract and testing documentation is submitted to the government according to specifications.

  
  

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Experience:

• 
  

  5 years of experience on United States Army Corps of Engineers construction projects.

  
  
• 
  

  2 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.

  
  
• 
  

  10 years of combined experience as a Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer on vertical/horizontal construction projects.

  
  

Certifications:

• 
  

  Current United States Army Corps of Engineers "Construction Quality Management for Contractors" Certification.

  
  

Skills:

• 
  

  Ability to pass Department of Defense security clearance for base access.

  
  
• 
  

  Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in Resident Management Systems Programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
