Major League Kitchen Porter

As part of the Performance Nutrition Department, the Major League Kitchen Porter plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. Our mission is to provide fresh, local, sustainable, and nutrient-dense meals tailored to our players and staff to operate at peak performance.

Core Duties for this Role Include, but are not Limited to:

Maintain dish and pot washing areas, ensuring the proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and sanitary, especially during peak hours.
• Restock and inventory snacks, drinks, and supplies in the dining area.
• Assist in light food preparation
• Receive and check in deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory and proper storage.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a professional kitchen and have a valid Food Handlers Certificate or a willingness to obtain one upon hire. Experience in catering, buffet style operations or within the sports industry is preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are highly valued.
