What you will do: Under specific direction, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. You will promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Build and manage long-term customer relationships/partnerships with targeted and managed accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. Execute the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships, seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities. Aim to obtain and close sales on a monthly basis while expanding the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within an account. How you will do it:

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $68600-91600(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
