STV currently has an opening in our Philadelphia, PA, office for a Rail Transit Leader in our Transportation division. The successful candidate will leverage our extensive local expertise and qualifications to grow our Rail Transit practice in the region. The candidate will be able to function as a Project Manager while developing other rail transit project managers and be responsible for scope development and management of studies, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a variety of transit infrastructure projects, including conceptual, preliminary, and final designs involving light rail transit, bus rapid transit, commuter rail, and intercity passenger rail improvements for assigned capital projects.Candidate will work closely with a multi-discipline A&E team to manage major activities and allocate resources. Candidate will lead and coordinate business development and client engagement activities for the full suite of STV services for such clients as SEPTA, NJ Transit, PATCO and Amtrak.
