Job Details Administrative Coordinator, TCM / TeleneurologyJob Description Under the direction of the Director of Operations provides advanced secretarial, administrative, clinical management support. Serves as the TCM and Teleneurology coordinator and interfaces among internal clinical departments and outside facilities. In this role, the incumbent will interface with senior level members of clinical departments including neurology, neurosurgery, case management and PCP offices , to assure consistency in patient care coordination, efficient scheduling of procedures and budget management. Importantly, the incumbent will lead service coordination between outpatient and primary care offices in order to ensure consistent high level performance as well as minimize the chance of readmission to the hospitial post discharge. * Perform advanced administrative tasks including obtaining insurance authorizations, triaging calls, care coordination for TCM and scheduling forTCM and Teleneurology. . Respond to complex inquiries and assists stakeholders.
