The team you will be a part of

Software (SWA) comprises the definition, specification, and allocation of requirements from different sources utilizing knowledge of systems engineering processes (specification & architecture). Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Covers specification, design, implementation, and unit testing of software (e.g. microcode and software) according to the requirements and architecture defined in the systems engineering process. Covers establishment and maintenance of Software Configuration Management (SCM) practices into software development projects, continuously building and integrating infrastructure tools and systems.

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure across tier-1 public cloud providers.
  • Collaborate with Development and Operations Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline Cloud automation development and operations processes.
  • Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and updates.
  • Optimize Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Implement monitoring tools for performance insights.
  • Maintain and Improve Automation Tools: Enhance automation frameworks and integrate new tools for improved efficiency.
  • Autonomously performs tasks with moderate guidance and within guidelines and policies.
  • Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.
  • Supports transfer of concepts for the professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
  • Resolves customer trouble tickets. Diagnoses complex problems / issues (software, combination) and provides resolution or recommends corrective actions.
  • Defines software evolutions through the creation and release of software documentation, software change control management, and supplier and customer notifications.
  • Retains technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies and provides training to the lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
  • Applies and maintains quality standards. Participates in process and tool evolutions and improvements.

Your skills and experience

  • Master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP services.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on with Jenkins, GitHub and GitLab CI/CD
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s)
  • Scripting: Python, R, C#, SQL, .NET, Angular, REST API
  • Chatbot Development: Experience building chatbots
  • Certifications: AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes certifications are a plus
