Summary:

The Program Coordinator - Sales Operations (PC) is responsible for providing support for Cencora programs and solutions. The PC assumes a pivotal role in maximizing sales through the efficient management of product inventory, swift invoicing, and comprehensive customer education within a specific territory. This role calls for a strong understanding of business operations, adherence to manufacturer guidelines, and skillful management of consignment agreements to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. This position works with Operations Management to support various Cencora programs and solutions including but not limited to COVID-19 and flu.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides daily and ongoing support for Cencora programs and solutions

    • Regularly communicates with customers regarding updates to supported Cencora programs, responds to inquires received, and works with customers to complete any program documentations

    • Investigates customer issues in a professional manner with the ability to resolve issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction

    • Ability to handle escalated issues by proactively evaluating and recommending solutions to customer challenges

    • Identifies and escalates potential risk(s) within the solution to achieve customer satisfaction through timely resolution

    • Performs related customer support and operational activities in order to successfully distribute flu vaccines and COVID-19 therapies

    • Creates strong interpersonal connections with both immediate team members as well as members from other Cencora departments such as account setup, SGS, and manufacturer operations

    • Completes customer maintenance requests such as address changes, additional ship-to locations, web set-ups, and quality assurance forms

    • Enters customer orders as necessary to back up customer service

    • Monitors product inventory meticulously, ensuring the swift return of items prior to set expiration date in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and company policy

    • Maintains vigilance on product expiration dates, adhering to manufacturer rules consistently

    • Conducts regular audits of accounts housing products exceeding the established Days on Hand (DOH) limit and implements strategies to reduce excess inventory while driving sales

    • Ensures invoices are generated within company policy allotted time of product dispensing, facilitating timely billing and revenue recognition

    • Collaborates effectively with customers to ensure prompt invoice review and approval, resolving any discrepancies swiftly

    • Consistently delivers final invoices to customers within company policy allotted time of the initial invoice generation, ensuring prompt revenue collection

    • Serves as an expert resource, educating customers on their compliance percentages within their Cencora PVA agreements to promote sales growth

    • Collaborates proactively with customers to ensure compliance, swiftly identifying and resolving any sales-related issues that may impact revenue

    • Spearheads initiatives to maximize sales revenue, contributing to a substantial reduction in morgue dollars across the entire PC territory, surpassing the previous fiscal year by % in terms of sales revenue

    • Implements strategies that drive cost-effective sales growth and processes enhancements to meet established revenue objectives

    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Requires training in fields such as business administration, account management, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or three plus years of directly related and progressively responsible experience

    • Demonstrated proficiency and a successful track record in sales, business development, or a related role

    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

    • Ability to deal calmly and effectively with issue resolution while maintaining and promoting a positive image of Cencora

    • Strong time management skills

    • Understanding of Cencora's support network; general understanding of who can best resolve issues

    • Understanding of specific and related business segments

    • Excellent follow up skills and ability to multi-task

    • Proven ability to engage and drive results

    • Ability to pivot and respond quickly

    • Attention to detail and the ability to drive sales by managing product inventory and enforcing compliance benchmarks

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and nurturing customer relationships

    • Proficiency in sales tools and customer relationship management systems

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize sales and revenue efficiency

    • Substantial increase in sales revenue and revenue recognition

    • Timely invoicing and approval processes that accelerate revenue collection

    • High customer compliance levels within consignment agreements, contributing to sales growth

    • Adherence to Days on Hand (DOH) thresholds to optimize inventory and sales

    • Achievement of the specified reduction in morgue dollars through strategic sales efforts

    Salary Range*
    $56,500 - 83,270

    *This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
