Basic Function

This is a professional expert, short-term, temporary opportunity.

Representative Duties


  • Manage the distribution of food and supplies, ensuring equitable access across campuses.
  • Track inventory levels and assist with the order of supplies as needed.
  • Organize and execute deliveries of food and supplies to satellite campuses.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations, distributions, and expenditures.
  • Recruit and train student and community volunteers at all pantry locations.
  • Promote awareness of pantry services through campus events, workshops, and communications across all campuses.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, food banks, and donors to secure additional resources.
  • Ensure pantry operations meet food safety and hygiene standards across all sites.
  • Assist with preparing regular reports on usage trends, inventory levels, and program outcomes.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities related to food security and social services.


Minimum Qualifications

Desirable Qualifications
  • Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe or equivalent).
  • Associate degree in social work, public administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Familiarity with food pantry operations or similar programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory management software.

Working Conditions
  • Requires occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs.
  • Frequent travel between campuses within the district.
  • May involve evening or weekend hours for special events or operations.

International or Foreign Degree s
Applicants with international or foreign degrees from colleges or universities outside of the United States must have their coursework evaluated by a professional association that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute, INC. (ACEI). A copy of the evaluation must be submitted with your online application.
