What you will do

How you will do it

  • Customer Interaction:Handle incoming escalation calls and emails from customers, providing information about their orders in coordination with the escalation and customer support teams

  • Pricing strategy: Work with the team leader and RSMs on tracking and preparing pricing strategies for key and target markets based on projects secured/ lost/ cancelled.

  • Technical Training:Assist the RSM with delivering virtual technical and commercial product/process/policy training to our customers

  • Sales Support:Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and follow up on sales opportunities/ pipeline with the RSMs to ensure pipeline in SF is up to date

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer agreements, amendments, terminations, and any other channel changes

  • Market Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

What we look for

  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the HVAC industry. Interest into transitioning into an outside sales role is a plus

  • Technical Skills:Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.

  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Organizational Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Problem-Solving:Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

  • Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.
