What you will do Johnson Controls has a great opportunity for an HVAC Equipment Sales Account Executive for our Southern MA and RI territory. If you enjoy driving sales, and have HVAC Equipment offerings experience to mechanical contractors, designers, consulting engineers and owners, then this could be your next opportunity! You will be responsible for promoting Johnson Controls value propositions to the construction community by providing business and technical solutions. You will build and manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with assigned accounts. Customer satisfaction and loyalty is a main priority, while working in conjunction with operations partners. You will position renewable service agreements as a foundation of managed account relationships and assist in promoting and selling Building Controls offerings in collaboration with branch Controls sales team.Candidates must be located in this specific territory, or able/willing to relocate. Executing the sales process to aid in cultivating and managing long-term relationships and in seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities will be part of the day to day responsibilities Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity in accounts. Seeks to expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings sold within assigned accounts with a focus on maximizing HVAC equipment sales. Actively participates as a member on select account teams on key and target owner accounts. May lead the account team on assigned target and key owner accounts where significant growth opportunities exist and more robust equipment expertise is required to solidify the opportunity.
