Job Description

Position Overview:
The role of the Manager of Platform Management and Delivery provides oversight for all Digital Technologies digital platforms ensuring standardized processes, documentation, and procedures are followed enabling stability, scalability, security, and performance. This role will promote agile platform management and delivery by managing a team of platform managers focused on a variety of digital platforms including AEM, ServiceNow, and Unify. This role will ensure that each platform manager has the tools and resources necessary to deliver business value on each platform by aligning governance and processes with the greater IS&T organization. This role will focus on stakeholder communications and engagement with the platform team, in partnership with product owners/managers that deliver websites and digital consumer experience products on those platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cross-Digital Platform Oversight, Governance, and Management
o Maintain comprehensive view of all Digital Technologies platforms.
o Ensure all Platform Managers are aligned with the Digital Technologies procedures and standards with a focus on ensuring platforms are properly maintained by working with their Domain Architect to focus on stability, scalability, security, and performance.
o Work with Platform Managers, stakeholders, and product owners/managers to set clear prioritization of tasks working to ensure that business needs/objectives are met while keeping a focus on the overall health of the platform.
o Work with Platform Managers to have a clearly defined platform roadmap that considers maintenance and technical debt along with new feature/product development.
o Creates a culture of growth and support within the platform management team that builds up team skills and facilitates long term stability within the group.
o Serves as one of the key members of the Digital Technologies team that reports out on the WIRE and coordinates with the PMO ensuring that all platform updates and outages have visibility throughout IS&T.
o Expand existing governance models to all platforms, as appropriate.
o Monitor and report on platform metrics/KPIs by improving platform observability focused on stability, scalability, security, and performance.

* Leadership and Team Management
o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Digital Platform Managers.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
o Identify and address skill gaps within the team, providing training and development opportunities.
o Encourage continuous learning and professional growth through workshops, certifications, and conferences.
o Develop career progression plans for team members, aligning their growth with organizational goals.
o Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.

* Stakeholder Engagement
o Act as primary point of contact for platform-related issues and requests.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with their business needs and platform capabilities.
o Facilitate regular platform Advisory board meetings with key platform stakeholders that create cross-enterprise alignment with platform roadmaps.
o Address and resolve stakeholder concerns and communicate risks and issues to the Digital Technologies leadership in a timely and efficient fashion.

Competencies & Requirements:
* Proven experience managing complex digital platforms.
* Ability to balance platform technical needs with business requests while keeping a focus on end user experiences.
* Ability to identify and prioritize business requests and issues.
* Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds.
* Flexibility with shifting needs and priorities in an evolving healthcare organization.
* Previous experience working in a high-paced environment with competing priorities.
* Attention to detail.

Education: Bachelors Degree required. Masters preferred.
