Introduction to the Job: The Manufacturing Engineer role at ASML designs, develops, implements, and sustains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture, fabrication, testing and troubleshooting of all DUV products in serial production. This role is responsible for factory metrics such as yield, cycle time, and capacity. Designs process and manufacturing tooling solutions to influence factory metrics. Designs and executes test plans to qualify changes in manufacturing process. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating factory support. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Additionally, this role may review proposals of outside vendors regarding the purchase of new or modernization of existing production/processing equipment. As well as works in a cross functional team to deliver industrialized production process. Role and responsibilities:

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
