The Facility Manager is to be responsible for the overall plant, administration and transportation operations, along with the financial results of one or more location(s) within a district. In conjunction with the Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and Safety, and Environmental groups, the Facility Manager ensures that all regulatory compliance and safety issues are addressed. The Facility Manager will also ensure that the location meets or exceeds its goals as it pertains to safety and regulatory compliance, staying within budgeted costs for the departments, profit growth, operational service metrics, and continuous improvement. Compensation: Base pay is between $103,000 - $140,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a yearly bonus. Key Job Activities:
* Oversees operations staff to train and develop an efficient and diverse workforce. They will enforce methods, policies, procedures and other structures to maximize optimum utilization of resources, while ensuring compliance and safety. The manager will monitor, coach, counsel, and promote employees, as needed Experience:
