Partner with the best

The Continuous Improvement Leader will define objectives and milestones, deliver appropriate training, and provide governance to ensure that enterprise teams are updated with new capabilities. This person will serve as the main point of contact for Cordant Solutions' operational continuous improvement for Cordant Operations, including global project locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing process improvement strategies, leading continuous improvement projects, digital transformation and driving continuous improvement throughout Global Operations.

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating Strategy, Value Stream, and Daily Kaizen operating rhythms and processes.
  • Collaborating with Global Stakeholders to share learnings and evolve global standards
  • Implementing roadmaps for OpEx framework and overseeing timely execution of milestones.
  • Implementing operational excellence strategies, policies, and procedures that drive process improvement and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Establishing and maintaining dashboards for leading and lagging indicators and cumulative benefits.
  • Facilitating the deployment of a Lean roadmap to support the company's strategy.
  • Facilitating rapid problem-solving and visual management.
  • Coordinating the development of the OpX Digital Platform for Cordant Solutions
  • Supporting facility and equipment layout, justification, and optimization.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lean and continuous improvement roles, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Have great knowledge of process Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement including 5S, Visual Management, Rapid Problem Solving, Kaizen PDCA, Process Control, and Standard work.
  • Have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.
  • Have a deep understanding of ERP, MES, or other digital platform implementation

The annual pay scale for this position is between $91,100.00 - $169,300.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes' good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
